That's another thing about dogs that is unfair: Most of them seem to be able to come and go as they please. We only get supervised visits to the yard. Unfair!
So he hides the brush and then runs off and plays at a construction sight, at a train station and in a coal truck...dogs are weird.
So Harry does all the tricks he is famous for, but the family STILL doesn't recognize him.
So he demands a bath....
I guess I like this book well enough. It is better than a visit from a real dog. Daddy Tim says I should give it four and a half treats because it is a classic and one of his favorites. He says the illustrations by Margaret Bloy Graham are adorable and funny and worth the whole story. But this is my blog and I give it three treats.
