Kitten gets caught in a blizzard...but thankfully a door opens and she can snuggle with a teddy bear inside her human house. I like this book and now I understand why I shouldn't go out when the ground is white...Now I know so many more animals than I did too. It's like I got to adventure with Kitten. The illustrations are made like sculptures and very realistic (according to Daddy Tim).
I give Kitten a name, poor thing, She is Twinkle Snifflenose. Now she doesn't have to be nameless.
Today's Tip for Cat Children of Human People (CaCHuPs): Just because you can't go outside doesn't mean you can't enjoy nature. We call it kitty cat TV, but windows are great. I can sit and watch birds and squirrels at the feeder, and they can't see me or smell me. Sometimes I even talk to the birds (if the windows are open, they can hear me--I know they want to play). Sometimes a squirrel (or Friend as Daddy Trent calls them) sits on the porch and has a bath...I even get to see real mousies that live in the garden wall. I have on several occasions talked to the poop-filled kitties that come from neighboring houses. They aren't very nice. I have to protect my Daddies from their hissy faces. Nature is all around our house and I can't wait until the white goes away so I can roll in the grass again!
