I really like this book and Alison Friend's nice pictures remind me of being alone in the rain...and being found by Dadies. The book made my Daddy Tim cry (he's a softie). I think little humans should all read this book so that they will know not to ever yell at a scrawny cat...but to take them home and feed them chowder or butter...butter is good too. Maybe cheese...or crunchies from a pink bag...I guess I am not scrawny any more! I am glad Scrawny cat isn't either, his name is Skipper now!
Today's Tip for CaCHuPs (Cat Children of Human People): If you have more than one Daddy or Sea Captain Lady or caring small human, I bet one of them is a softie like Daddy Tim. When you want a snack THEY are the ones you should love on and act all hungry. It's easier to get a treat from a softie Daddy (I actually have two softie Daddies, but don't tell Daddy Trent I know he's a softie...he'll deny it).
